Congratulations to Antonio Pena-Riess for taking 1st place and bringing home 4 Gold Medals in the USASA Snowboard Giant Slalom #1 & #2 AND Snowboard Slalom #1 & #2 races held in Crested Butte Dec, 17th. Antonio competes in the Youth Age Class (14 – 15). Antonio is WELL on his way to earning an invitation to the USASA National Championships held at Copper Mountain in April, 2012.
Congratulations also go out to Cody Beaver, Snowboard Freestyle Coach, for also bringing home 4 Gold Medals in the same events. Cody competes in the Senior Age Class (20 – 29). Cody is also WELL on his way to earning an invitation to the USASA National Championships held at Copper Mountain in April, 2012.
Lastly, but certainly not least…. Congratulations goes out to Dan Lorenz, for capturing 3 Bronze Medals in the above events. Dan competes in the Breaker Age Class (12 – 13), the largest age class of the SW Colorado Series.
